Pinnacle Family Health Center offers primary healthcare for your entire family. Pinnacle Family Health Center offers services for most of the medical problems people deal with such as hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, sexually transmitted diseases, arthritis, emphysema, COPD, and mental health concerns. Our services also include external medical procedures for lacerations, lesions, warts and cysts. We provide immunizations, vaccines, and flu shots and perform adult and children physicals.

We offer family planning exams, pap smears, and obstetrics services are offered for our pregnant patients. For patients with colds, flu, strep throat, bronchitis, infections, earaches, and other seasonal or flu symptoms, Dr. Maylock and his staff are medical experts at diagnosing illnesses and helping our patients feel better quickly.
